He has worked across the automotive and industrial sectors, as well as in retail/e-commerce and the furniture industry, where he has successfully implemented comprehensive restructuring programs in the role of CEO and/or CRO

Max has over 20 years of experience in turnaround management, both as an external consultant at a leading international restructuring firm and as a responsible managing director. Als Berater und verantwortlicher Manager leitete er diverse Restrukturierungs- und Performance Improvement-Projekte sowie Sales-Up-Initiativen im In- und Ausland.
Carsten ist ein ausgewiesener Vertriebs- und Serviceexperte (B2B/B2C, stationär/online, Omnichannel).

Peter verfügt über umfangreiche Restrukturierungserfahrung und hat in mehr als 30 Jahren zahlreiche Projekte erfolgreich geleitet, davon vielfach als CEO. Er war sowohl für große Beratungsunternehmen als auch in leitenden Funktionen für internationale Konzerne und deutsche Mittelständler tätig. Mehrfach hat er dabei die Verantwortung für die Produktion getragen.
